The office is located on a modern shopping precinct on Front Street in Winlaton. The office is mid-way between the Crown and Cannon pub and the Co-Op convenience store. With the crown and cannon pub on your left, walk towards the Co-Op. You will walk down some stairs. Immediately after the pizza shop, there is a silver door with Robinson Ward on the door. Open the door and ring the bell.

From Blaydon, drive up Blaydon Bank. When you see a shopping a flat-roofed building at the top of the hill, the road forks either side. There is a car park if you take the right hand fork, the entrance to which will come out next to the Co-Op. The left hand fork takes you to the front of the office where there is limited on street parking. Sat-Nav postcode is NE21 6DD however this will take you behind the office.
